PMI Daytona Flagler is a real estate asset management company that provides professional property management and real estate brokerage services. We provide both residential and commercial property owners with the highest quality property management services using state-of-the-art technology to keep them informed of how their investments are doing in real time, while providing tenants of these properties access to maintenance requests and billing. PMI Daytona Flagler is dedicated to providing our clients with excellent customer service by maximizing owner profitability while preserving their investment in real estate. At PMI Daytona Flagler, we make property management, manageable! Office is locally owned and independently operated. We are part of a larger franchise that has been perfecting and changing the property management industry for over 20 years. The key to our success is not only providing prompt, friendly and professional services to our property owners and their tenants, but also understanding that your property is an important investment in your future as well as ours. We not only strive to increase the value of your asset over time, but we also help you set the maximum rent possible so each month you grow in your investment. We are based in Palm Coast but work as property managers in the entire area; to include Palm Coast, Daytona Beach and Palatka.

Joe Markiewicz Owner/Property Manager

Joe was raised in South Carolina and has a BS in Business Administration from The Military College of South Carolina, The Citadel. After attending college Joe accepted a commission in United States Army as a 2nd lieutenant. He served for 8 years mostly at Fort Bragg, NC. He served in various leadership roles as part of the US Field Artillery (Rapid Deployment Force) After resigning his commission as a Captain, he entered the business word.

Using his education, experience and leadership skills he was recruited to join The Walt Disney Company. Working with Disney Studios as a manager in sales and distribution, he honed his skills in content management as relates to profitability, logistics and customer service. Taking a promotion and leaving Walt Disney, he became a Senior Director of Sales/Distribution at Universal Studios. Joe headed up a department that was responsible for distributing content to major retailers.

Looking for a challenge and greater responsibility, he left Universal Studios and became Vice President of Sales/operations for Anconnect in Dallas, Tx. Anconnect distributed movie independent content providers.

After leaving the entertainment business, Joe became a franchise owner for two retail repair facilities named uBreakiFix, in Ormond Beach and Palm Coast. He successfully owned and operated the stores for six years before selling them to dedicate all his time to property management.

Joe’s wife, Jan, is part owner in PMI Daytona Flagler. They have three children. The oldest is serving in the military (German). Jan & Joe’s interest are in sailing, fishing and kayaking. Joe is also a licensed charter boat captain.

Joe is the Owner and Operator of PMI Daytona Flagler. His years in professional business management as it relates to profitability, operations and customer service of small and large business has aided his endeavors to be the best Property Manager.
